What Is A Physiotherapist?

Physiotherapists provide hands on assessment, physical therapy, education, exercise programmes and lifestyle advise and management for people affected by injury, disability or illness.

We’ll help you strengthen and realign injuries

Our Physiotherapists specialise in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of many musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries and post-operative management. Their aim is to diagnose the cause of your condition to reduce pain, restore joint mobility and muscular strength.

All physiotherapy treatments are targeted to your aims, and return you back to the things you love. Therapists utilise a series of treatment inline with your condition and circumstances such as manual therapy, massage, taping, electrotherapy, exercise prescription and advise. All individually tailored to aid recovery, improve symptoms, and prevent further developments.
